1920s Gatsby Style Cocktail – New Delhi

Nazuk & Vaibhav’s 1920s Gatsby-inspired cocktail was nothing short of a cinematic masterpiece. Hosted at a private farmhouse in Westend Greens, New Delhi, the venue was transformed for just one night into an extravagant set that could rival The Great Gatsby itself. With pillars, staircases, chandeliers, fountains, and a dramatic library backdrop, it was a wedding photographer’s dream and a bride’s fantasy come alive.

The Wedding day started early with Karan’s Haldi ceremony at the Samode Bagh & Ashima’s Choora ceremony simultaneously at the Samode Palace courtyard.

The evening began with a warm welcome as the groom-to-be, Vaibhav, was greeted by Mr. Raj Bardeja (father of the bride) and Uvraj Bardeja (her brother) with traditional tilak and chanting of mantras. Soon after, Nazuk made her grand entrance, walking down a sweeping staircase with her father by her side, while The Book of Love by Peter Gabriel set the perfect mood. All eyes were on the bride, and the atmosphere was electric with anticipation.
An emotional moment unfolded as Mr. Bardeja entrusted Nazuk’s hand to Vaibhav. The exchange of rings followed—though not without some fun, as Vaibhav’s friends staged a playful “missing ring” hoax, drawing laughter from the crowd. With the couple finally united on stage, the Oscar Jazz Band (OJB) took over, filling the night with soul-stirring saxophones, trumpets, guitars, and vocals. Dancers added their flair, turning the celebration into something straight out of a film set.

The Pack-of-Cards bar kept spirits high with champagne, cocktails, and more, as the jazz ambiance gave way to a high-energy Bollywood rave at midnight. Benny Dayal set the dance floor on fire with Badtameez Dil and a medley of hits, joined by Russian dancers from OJB. The party didn’t stop there—DJ Gaurav Malvai spun EDM beats till sunrise, ensuring the night would be remembered forever.

This Gatsby cocktail was not just a pre-wedding celebration—it was a showstopper event that blurred the lines between fantasy and reality.
